We are seeking a highly motivated and creative UI/UX Design Management Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our design team to develop and implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our products. You will also be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible user experience.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field (Graduated or in progress)
- Good portfolio of UI/UX design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD and Figma
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the design team to develop and implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our products
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible user experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on design concepts
- Contribute to the development of company design standards and guidelines.
