This position is a critical role responsible for Control and Compliance Procedures within P2P. Ensures that P2P Department, its colleagues, and its projects comply with all relevant regulations and specifications. Prepare statutory financial statements according to the actual audits. Assists to keep the control effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to audit reporting guidelines and filing deadlines.
Coordinating the creation, review and implementation of policies and procedures resulting from corporate auditor’s requirements and internal regulations
Applying and interpreting audit and compliance requirements
Working closely with the internal and external compliance team and other senior executives
Designing and coordinating the preparation and ongoing review of policies, procedures, processes, training materials and other communication tools to ensure the department meet compliance requirements.
Interacting with external and internal auditors on matters related to audits of the organization’s audit channels (PWC, Email, Teams)
Establishing process mapping and compliance monitoring programs (Pro Mapp, PPI Tools)
Reviewing and assessing potential fraud activity and improve fraud detection tools.
Coordinating and providing regular training of new or updated policies and directives when required to employees.
New joiners / leavers access assessment and tracking
Payment authorizer in various banks
Skills Required:
- Full Accounts Payable process knowledge
- Experience with QAD, SAP, Navision, D3, Bank portals, Concur
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Understanding and appreciation of audit, SOX requirements & VAT rules
- Excel, PowerPoint knowledge
- Must be detail oriented as well as exhibit strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and customer focused with attention to detail.
- Experience in high volume, multi entity, multi-currency processing function
- Experience supporting & guiding teams.
Education & Experience:
University or College degree
Strong prior experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services preferred in an Accounts Payable function (5 years of relevant working experience)
Need to be able to process large volumes of information.
