The Ranch Dog Training is one of the fastest growing dog training companies on the West coast! We're looking to hire a business manager to help manage our growing staff and facility operations.
Requirements:
- Must love being around and handling dogs
- Can adapt to the needs of a fast growing company
- Have a strong interest in dog psychology and behavior
- Organizational skills
Primary Duties:
- Supervise and manage employees
- Improve and maintain facility operations
- Design work schedules and organize employee training
- Design and implement procedures to improve business goals and objectives
- Payroll
- Work hand in hand with the Administrative Assistant to support healthy client interactions
- Occasional client interactions and support
- Manage hired contractors and oversee building improvements and maintenance
- Hiring and interviewing of new staff

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
