Part-time (possibly FT) Nanny

We are looking for a caring and energetic nanny to care for our 2 boys -- ages almost 3 and 10 months -- for about 3+ days per week in our home. Mom is a pediatrician part-time working outside the home and dad works from home. We prefer someone with experience in these young ages.
Duties would include interactive and stimulative play at home, occasional transportation to classes or organized playgroups, meal preparation for kids, nap put-downs, diaper changing and light cleaning/laundry.
There is some flexibility in the schedule. We would like someone in the home for full days M/W/F -- a full day would likely be about 9 hours working, and usually additional lunch break can be arranged for you if desired with dad at home. Additional hours beyond these required M/W/F times may also be possible depending on your availability and our needs.
Ideally we'd like the relationship to last 1 or more years, so applicants with shorter time horizons are probably not a good fit for us. Our start date is also potentially flexible at this time anywhere from mid-June to September depending on candidates and if we can arrange interim care for our kids.
Our home does have one cat in it. It will keep to itself and there is no need to interact or care for it, but FYI in case you have allergies.
