Eligibility
Associates are eligible to apply for an open position if they are:
1. Active in their current position for at least six months or have manager and HR approval to be released early;
2. Ratings meet expectations or higher on their PFD review;
3. No written warning or Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) within the last six months unless their manager receives approval from HR; and
4. Continuous sustained improvement is demonstrated.

- St. Catherine Hospital is seeking a board certified Otolaryngologist, M.D. or D.O to take over the established and very busy practice of a retired physician.
- Facility employs 4 Pediatricians, 6 Family Practice Physicians and 5 NP’s that work with minors.
- Opportunity to practice within established outreach clinics throughout western Kansas.
- Willing to obtain a Kansas license.
Program Information
- Be the sole specialist in the entire Western KS region of a 250 mile radius with the exception of a part-time practice 30 miles west.
- Have flexibility within scope of practice. For example, reconstructive surgery, allergies, etc.
- Most common procedures would be creation of eardrum opening, tonsil and adenoid removal, nasal septum repair, and resec t inferior turbinate. .
- Efficiently manage time between surgeries and clinic.
