We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible family medicine physician to join our team. We are a midsize town in the Midwest is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our team! We are a Joint Commission Accredited facility with a Hospitalist Team, OB/GYN services, Diagnostic Imaging Department, General Surgery, Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery, Orthopedic and Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy, Skilled Nursing Unit, ICU, Sleep Disorders Lab, Urology, Wound Care Center, and other services available.
Opened in February 2017, due to the growth in our patient volumes, our 15th Street Family Care Center is home to our Family Practice and Pediatric teams. Conveniently located within walking distance to our regional medical center our clinic provides a convenient location for patients to receive excellent care. Our providers located at the 15th Street Family Care Center include one Family Medicine Physician, one Pediatrician, two Family Practice Nurse Practitioners, one Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, and growing!
