Hereâs how this role will help: Drive sales through the promotion of Mylan Specialty L.P. products in a prescribed manner to Pulmonologists, Pediatricians, Allergists, Primary Care Physicians and PharmacistsConduct quality sales presentations to all t! argeted customers.
Understand and demonstrate targeti! ng principles.Achieve quarterly sales goals within territory while adhering to all ethical sales practices and required regulationsDevelop pre-call planning strategy for key targets. Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.Develop positive and interactive relationships with peers, customers, and Company managersGather and utilize information from offices, pharmacists and others to develop and implement specific strategies for territory prescribersLeverage sample program, literature and other items to ensure physician awareness of Mylan Specialty L.P. productsDifferentiate products from all competitors and respond to customer issues confidentially and appropriatelyActively pursue continuous learning and professional development on efficient sales, communication and product knowledge trainingQualificationsMake Our Values Your ValuesMylan hires only the best. 2+ years business to business sales and/or 2+ years pharma sales experience, selling in a pediatric environment preferred.Proven track record of delivering exceptional sales resultsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong verbal, interpersonal and listening skillsDemonstrated professional or community leadershipDemonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member to deliver resultsDemonstrated self-starter and highly motivatedWilling to learn new products and disease states over timeMust live within the geography of responsibility, no relocation. Field based position that may require overnight travel.
