Location: Wichita Kansas

Description: The University of Kansas Medical Center is presently looking of Residency Pediatrician right now, this job will be placed in Kansas. For detail informations about this job opportunity please read the description below. The Associate Director for Research provides oversight in the Office of Research and Center for Health Management for the financial and budgeting process, research and grants administration, resource management, leadership of administrative staff, and faculty recruitment. This position also works closely with researcher in other departments in need of research and grants administration assistance. Often independently plans and supervises special operational projects and assists with program planning, implementation, tracking, and monitoring

R! equired Qualifications

Board eligible or certified in! Pediatrics

Demonstrated proficiency in the teaching of medical students and residents

Demonstrated proficiency in clinical practice

Ability to work cooperatively and collegially within a diverse environment

Certified in PALS and NRC

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in teaching in an academic setting

Previous participation in grant writing, conduct of clinical research, scholarly productivity and publication

PALS and NRC Instructor
