GENERAL SUMMARY:
Performs general traylinefunctions to ensure quality delivery of food items in a clean, well-stocked environment. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintainin! g relationships that are equally respectful to all.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Performs food preparation tasks, positions various items and other routine functions. Maintains the trayline, coffee maker, and other items and equipment. Stocks food center withthe various condiments, lids, cups, silverware, napkins, etc. to ensure adequate supply. Maintains a working knowledge of all therapeutic diets. Serves a population pediatric through geriatric. Abides by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI).
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
