Position Summary:
Serves and supports staff, patients and visitors by performing duties associated with Via Christiâs Support Services department.
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Completes general maintenance, work orders and daily tasks.
Covers for security shifts as needed.
Safely transports patients to and from facility as needed.
Receives and distributes product throughout facility and other locations as needed.
Runs floor maintenance program within applicable ministry.
Helps with environmental service tasks and functions as needed.
Deliver food trays and run cash register for nutrition services as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education and/or Experience
High schoo! l diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three ! years related experience preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid Driverâs License.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers offered by the American Heart Association, BL! S for Healthcare Provider offered by the Military Training Network (MTN! ), or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer offered by the Red Cross within 30 days post date of hire.
Crisis Prevention Institute card (to be acquired within 90 days of hire).

Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequenting exposed to blood, body fluids, fumes, or airborne particles, and sharp objects potentially contaminated with blood borne pathogens or other infectious agents.
Position Scope/Patient Population:
This position has direct contact with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
