LOCATION:Wichita 0-3 SiteHOURS:40 hours per week, 52 weeks per yearSALARY:$16.05 per hourREQUIREMENTS: Equivalent of B.S.N. or R.N. with 2 years experience in community health, pediatrics or school nursing. Current Kansas Registered Nurse License.
Ability to attain and maintain certification for audio metric testing. Must pass physical screening and health certificate, valid drivers license, reliable personal vehicle and liability insurance.RESPONSIBILITY: Serves as consultant/facilitator for Head Start 0-5 Program health services (dental, environmental, medical, and nutritional) to children, families and staff. Assists in the identification, coordination, documentation, completion of service and evaluation of health or family problems of enrolled children; coordinates health follow-up services to identified children; implements screening; documents all health/family services that have been provided by the nurse and works directly with pregnant women.
