Western Plains Medical Complex is seeking a urologist to join their growing medical staff. The medical staff is in full support of the addition and the physician would take over an established practice from a physician that left to return to academic medicine. The new physician would enjoy a large referral base and have a lucrative practice. Multiple practice options are available including hospital employed or joining a large multispecialty group in the community. Dodge City currently has an unemployment rate of less than 5% which is well below the national average. The area has a growing economy and is a great place to live, work and play!
About the Hospital
Western Plains Medical Complex is a Joint Commission-accredited, 99-bed hospital that serves as a regional referral center for southwest Kansas. Western Plains provides health services that include Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiology, a Cardiac Cath Lab and Cardiac Rehabilitation. They have imaging and diagnostic radiology services including a 64-slice CT, GE Lunar Bone Densitometer, Ultrasound, Digital Mammography and Stereotactic biopsy, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, 24-hr.
